I’m Melanie, mummy to Averie and Jesse, wife, and corporate girly - I’ve spent the last 16 years working as a lawyer. After having children, I returned to work part-time to balance career and motherhood. But once my youngest started school, I felt like something was missing. I knew I wanted more.

I’ve always loved to travel, and starting my travel business became the creative, fun outlet I didn’t know I needed.

Since then, I’ve made incredible friends, booked amazing trips, and stepped way out of my comfort zone. The training and support have been better than I ever imagined - it’s a community where collaboration always beats competition, and I love that.

Meet Sophie

Hi, I’m Sophie! I’m 40, a proud mum of two daughters, and wife to my husband Chris. I've spent 22 years in the corporate world of banking - it was all I knew since I was 18.

But over time, I started to feel like I was just going through the motions… existing, not truly living. I’d lost sight of what I really wanted. Turning 40 was a wake-up call. I craved more freedom, more time with my family, more purpose - and I wanted to show my girls that there’s more than just the 9–5 grind.

That’s when I took a leap and started my own travel business. I currently work my business around my part time corporate job in a way that fits around my life, not the other way around - and I help other mums do the same.

This isn’t just a business - it’s a mission to give women options, confidence, and the freedom to choose a life that feels good. 

Meet Amanda

I’m Amanda, I’m married and I’ve spent 35 years climbing the corporate ladder in leadership roles, and I’m proud of the career I’ve built, and with the amazing experiences working in the USA and Canada too.

When I’m not working, I’m travelling the world using every bit of my annual leave to explore beautiful destinations.

About 10 months ago, I discovered a new opportunity through social media that completely changed my perspective. I jumped in within a week and now I’ve helped others like me create a second income alongside their corporate careers.

This community is all about support, growth, and cheering each other on. The personal development here is next-level, even for someone like me who’s been in leadership for decades. I’m learning new things every day and loving the journey.

Meet Louise

I’m Louise, mum to two lively boys living in London (and originally from N. Ireland).

I joined this wonderful travel business five years ago alongside my full-time corporate role, simply because I loved travel and wanted more flexibility. I had no idea back then how valuable that decision would be. After being made redundant in April, I was so grateful to have a Plan B already in place - one that I can now focus on full time.

What started as a side passion of booking trips has become a fulfilling business helping others to travel more, have more choices and more flexibility.

The community, the support, the mentorship is beyond anything I ever expected from this and I’m always so proud of myself for just saying “yes” to this opportunity!

Meet Clare

I’m Clare, a mum of four, working full-time in the media industry. For years, I climbed the corporate ladder, chasing promotions and giving everything to a job that gave little back. I missed school runs, bedtime stories, and the everyday moments that matter most. I kept telling myself “this is what success looks like” - until I realised I was giving more of myself to my job than to my own family. And I knew something had to change.

After years of ignoring this opportunity, I finally said yes. Not because I had loads of time, but because I was ready to build a life that puts my people first - not last. This business has given me purpose, direction, and a powerful community of like-minded people who truly get it. I’m still in the early stages, but the mindset shift, the vision, and the support I’ve found are already life-changing. Now, I’m helping other ambitious mums who are tired of choosing between work and family, and ready to take their time and freedom back - one decision at a time.

Meet Rachel

I'm Rachel, originally from Leeds but now living near Bath with my husband and our baby girl, Aubrey. I work full-time as an insurance manager, and four years ago I started my travel business as a way to earn from something I already loved - booking holidays!

Since having Aubrey at the start of this year, what was once a ‘nice to have extra income/side hustle’, is now a huge financial lifeline as I’ve just gone on to statutory pay and well… £400 doesn’t go very far does it! This business is now allowing me to continue to live my everyday life, go on holiday, take my daughter out for the day, without having to watch the pennies!

But more importantly this business will allow me to go back to work part-time meaning I can spend more time at home with my little girl before she starts school!

Meet Katie

I’m Katie; a proud Mum of 3 and wife to my incredibly patient husband. I am not ashamed to admit I have a travel obsession! I am also passionate about education; and run my own successful tutoring business.

I left my Deputy Headship role back in 2019; as I found the demands of juggling a full-time role and our 3 beautiful children more and more difficult. I loved the flexibility and freedom that being self-employed gave me as a Mum; but deep down I really missed being part of a team, and knew I had so much more to give.

I initially launched my travel business in 2023; it made sense as I love to travel, I love searching for holidays, and I simply wanted to be able to travel more freely in the school holidays with my family. Fast forward 6 months and I realised that there was so much more to this incredible business and opportunity. The incredible coaching and mentoring we receive has meant that my 'why' has evolved; now my vision and aim is to help as many women as I can to create a flexible income from the comfort of their own home or even their sun lounger!

The community of likeminded, entrepreneurial women with a common love for travel and a zest for life has enriched my life immensely and has filled that void of being part of a team; that I missed so much when leaving my teaching role.

Meet Tara

I’m Tara, a 42-year-old peri-menopausal wife and mum to three, young kids. I’m a Salon Owner in Carrickfergus, Northern Ireland and four months ago, I finally joined the travel business - after (regretfully) sitting back and watching from the sidelines for the last few years!

I absolutely love my day job, but being self-employed means I’m tied to physically being in the Salon, doing treatments, to earn an income. After ten years of working for myself - and again, regretfully - I still don’t have a pension. And let’s face it… I’m not getting any younger!

Since joining the business, I’ve built a team of nearly 60 like-minded women, who want to earn a healthy income on their own terms - usually around children and day jobs. I’ve done this in pockets of time: between clients, during breaks, or sitting outside school at pickup… and I absolutely love it!

I’m now well on my way to building a willable business - creating passive income that gives me freedom and flexibility around my family, which is the ultimate dream, right?!

Why I waited so long will always be a regret - but it’s onwards and upwards from here, because I know for sure: this incredible business is the future for my family and I.

Meet Lucy

I’m Lucy, mummy to Harvey (8) and Felicity (3, going on 15!). After having my children and returning to my part-time role as an executive assistant, I found myself craving something more. I felt a little lost - I wanted to do something just for me, while also easing the financial pressure on my husband.

Fast forward a year, and life looks very different. We’re holidaying more than ever - all funded by this business. The support and training I’ve received has honestly been better than anything I have experienced in the corporate world.

But what I’ve loved most? Helping others. Whether it’s an extra few hundred pounds a month or replacing a full time income, watching people grow in confidence, step outside their comfort zone, and actually enjoy what they’re doing has been the most rewarding part of all.
